We believe in the power of the human mind and spirit to transform our world.  At the heart of this transformation is learning how to learn.  In our work with educators, we use content coaching as a tool to help teachers empower children to think.  Because we believe that feedback is at the heart of change we also focus our coaching on leadership--on helping those who are entrusted with children's lives to think about how to create vibrant communities of learning  We believe that every voice matters and that one of the primary goals of education is to help children find their voices and learn how to use them to transform the world.
